At Elexio, we value our customers and strive to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience. Our return policy allows for returns within 3 days of receiving most products, provided the item meets specific criteria, such as being damaged or not matching the order. After 3 days, returns are no longer accepted, and Elexio will not be held liable. 


Customers are encouraged to contact our customer care team as soon as possible to initiate the return of any unwanted products. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund if the goods are not returned in a saleable condition or if they are damaged. All returns undergo a thorough evaluation before processing.


Certain products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are faulty. These include medicines, food, personalized gifts, and cosmetics that have been opened. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Faulty items may be returned in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.


Please be aware that a valid receipt is required for all returns. Without it, Elexio will not be able to process the return. 


Elexio reserves all rights regarding balances added to customer accounts. Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or another transactional medium as requested by the customer, though this process may take up to 3 months or more depending on the circumstances.
